To achieve supply chain sustainability management, Lightel Corporation has established a comprehensive supplier management framework that incorporates supplier evaluation, collaboration mechanisms, and requirements related to environmental and social responsibility.
We work alongside our suppliers to promote ethical business conduct, human rights protection, environmental stewardship, and legal compliance. Through ongoing communication and risk monitoring mechanisms, we strive to ensure a stable, resilient, and sustainability-driven supply chain.

Supplier Management Policy
To strengthen supply chain risk control and sustainable development, Lightel Corporation has formulated the Supplier Management Policy as a fundamental guideline for supplier engagement.
The policy outlines key areas including evaluation mechanisms, integrity principles, environmental and social responsibility, and labor and human rights. Suppliers are encouraged to act collaboratively to support the realization of corporate sustainability values.
We maintain regular communication and evaluations with our suppliers to uphold responsible governance and continuously promote transparency and sustainability throughout the supply chain.

Lightel Corporation Supplier Code of Conduct
Lightel Corporation recognizes that pursuing corporate growth must be balanced with social responsibility and environmental impact. Accordingly, we have established the Supplier Code of Conduct as a fundamental standard for all suppliers to follow.
The Code covers five core areas: labor rights, health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics, and management systems. It is based on a range of international standards and initiatives, and serves as a foundation for building a resilient and sustainability-oriented supply chain in partnership with our suppliers.
The Code applies to all suppliers providing products or services to Lightel and its subsidiaries. Each business unit may adapt its implementation based on local regulations and practical considerations, while remaining aligned with the core framework of the Code.
Since 2025, our business units have been progressively promoting the signing of compliance statements by suppliers, making it an important reference for responsible governance and procurement decisions.
As of June 30, 2025, a total of 57 statements had been issued to key suppliers across the group, with 41 signed and returned, representing a 72% signing rate. We will continue to advance the signing process, strengthen supplier engagement, and reinforce implementation efforts to deepen sustainability management across the supply chain.
